Arrival Procedure for Chicago O'Hare Airport Parking
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the time you want to be at the airport. Drop luggage off under the canopy at the main entrance of the hotel. Proceed to the parking lot, take a ticket from the dispenser and park and lock your car. Proceed back to the entrance of the hotel to board the shuttle bus. Door staff will be available to assist with your luggage and answer any questions you may have.
Departure Procedure
On return, the customer is returned to the office by shuttle bus and the car is waiting for them in front of the office.
Shuttles leave the hotel every 20 minutes from 6am to Midnight. From Midnight to 6am, the shuttle will be on-call for pick up every half hour.
